    Hello, I believe this aerial photograph was taken later than 1980. The reason for this is that it shows the Minters Orchard housing development completed in 1986.

      I think my brother-in-law worked on the construction of those. I shall see if he recalls. I think you are correct. However he left the UK in 1986 and his last project was in T Wells early in that year. It’s possible he was not working on this site till completion however. This image came from Mike Taylor so you might ask on his blog.
